Purebred quality and indescribable clarity. Deep brown, reflective, untarnished color perfection. Full-bodied and at the same time delicate aromas of vanilla, honey, raisins, apple, cherry, smoke, sherry, cinnamon and plum. Full of complexity, yet pleasantly mild on the tongue and palate. Full-bodied with a voluminous body and a strong aftertaste. Intense pressure on the palate, very long and pleasant presence on the palate.

Description
The Black Rum has its origins in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America. Selected and specially stored distillates form the basis for an absolutely unusual barrel finish on the edge of the Swabian Alb. We carry out a finish with new, medium-toasted French oak barrels and thus achieve an aroma profile that perfectly balances the rum aromas.
